HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION CREDIT TO BE REPORT?

CLE credit is reported to the State Bar of Georgia's CLE Regulation Department within 5 business days.

CAN I GET CREDIT FOR GEORGIA LAWYERS CLE SEMINARS IN OTHER STATES?

To request credit for another state, you will need to submit a Uniform Certificate of Attendance form along with the program agenda, to the CLE department of the State Bar where you want to receive credit.

General inquiries about your continuing legal education (CLE) status and the yearly CLE requirements, including questions about hours needed, and how hours are applied and/or why you are showing a deficiency, should be directed to the State Bar of Georgia's CLE Regulation Department at 404-527-8710 or cle@gabar.org.

HOW CAN I TELL THE AMOUNT OF CLE CREDIT I WILL RECEIVE?

The CLE credit for each seminar is listed in the full seminar listing.  The breakdown includes: Total CLE hours/Ethics hours/Professionalism hours/Trial Practice hours.
